Course Outlines:
The course aims at outlining the objectives and tasks of Commodity Science that, having goods as subject, is intended to their characterisation in order to classify them. At this purpose, the availability, the production procedures, and the distribution on the market of the most important energy-resources are considered. The aspects related to the production-environment relationship are treated as well, by analysing the tools of planning and control employed by enterprises.
